Job summary

Euroclear in Kraków is seeking an EB Operations Analyst to deliver high-quality services across cash, securities, and tax processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with controls. You will handle specialized tasks, investigate beyond standard procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic tax operations environment covering multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Process a range of specialized transactions (e.g. payments, reconciliation, tax events).
• Perform investigations and research when issues fall outside standard procedures.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, risk and control frameworks.
• Handle priority / risk-sensitive operations with appropriate escalation.
• Risk & quality management across processes.
• Apply strong risk awareness in daily activities.
• Identify and elevate operational incidents or discrepancies.
• Ensure data quality and control execution across processes.
• Support audit readiness and compliance standards.
• Problem solving & escalations on non-standard cases.
• Contribute to identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Continuous improvement (CI) and participate in CI initiatives.
• Identify gaps in processes and ways of working.
• Support or contribute to projects (efficiency, risk, regulatory, strategy).

As an EB Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational services related to cash, securities, and tax processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. You will handle specialized operational tasks, often requiring investigation beyond standard procedures, while actively contributing to team performance and continuous improvement. You will work in a highly dynamic tax operations environment covering multiple markets. You will contribute to automation and to AI and continuous improvement initiatives.
