Job summary

SIX Financial Information in Warsaw is seeking a dedicated team player to join our Fund data onboarding team. You will support onboarding fund data providers, analyze files, configure and test data flows, and deploy production processes.

This full-time hybrid role offers up to 40% remote work and collaboration with product management, operations, and customers to ensure data quality and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Understanding of fund portfolio holdings, fund data structures, and key analytics.
• Experience in Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, or a middle-office environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Customer-focused and collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of fund data providers, including file analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain data quality and service performance across fund data products.
• Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and onboarding requirements, serving as escalation point.
• Contribute to analytics and data services to support growth and innovation.
