Job summary

BNY is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Client Activation (Fund Accounting) team in Wrocław. In this role, you will lead fund onboarding and activation processes, ensuring readiness and data integrity for successful fund launches.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in fund accounting, exhibits strong analytical and Excel skills, and is capable of collaborating across departments to achieve excellence. Competitive compensation and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or financial services.
• Good understanding of financial instruments and fund structures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work through complex processes.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation workstreams for fund launches.
• Review and validate fund accounting deliverables.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks impacting delivery.
