Job summary

State Street in Poland’s AIS department seeks an AIS PERA Fund Accountant to calculate Net Asset Values and support private equity or real assets fund clients. You will be the central contact for accounting support, analyze information, and ensure discrepancies are resolved professionally.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with global partners and clients, take initiative, and contribute to training and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• PC literate with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Basic understanding of fund administration is useful but not required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Calculate Net Asset Value with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile trial balance to subsidiary ledgers; research discrepancies.
• Prepare capital calls and distributions and notices to investors.
• Prepare periodic bank and cash reconciliations and post journal entries.
• Compute quarterly management fee calculations.
• Prepare waterfall calculations and capital allocations.
• Address review points with senior fund accountants and managers.
