Job summary

SUNSCRAPERS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Warsaw, remote-friendly, is seeking a Full-Stack Tech Lead to own backend and frontend for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will ship Django backends and React/TypeScript frontends, set architecture direction, and mentor a small engineering team.

You will partner with product, design and operations to align technical plans with business goals, drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, and scalable cloud hosting on GCP/AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a full-stack developer.
• Proficient in Python (Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• Experience building and scaling production SaaS.
• Strong PostgreSQL and ORM experience.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and technical decision-making.
• Testing integrated into workflow (Pytest, RTL).
• Familiar with Git workflows and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience integrating APIs REST, JWT, Shopify, Mendrix.
• Frontend proficiency with React and MUI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend the core backend (Django) and frontend (React + TypeScript).
• Design and build APIs for users, orders, shipping, and partner tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with Shopify and Mendrix.
• Scale and optimize cloud hosting on GCP, with AWS on the roadmap.
• Architect and scale the platform toward multi-tenant SaaS.
• Set and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor developers and grow the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to align technical plans with business goals.
