Job summary

Physitrack Limited is hiring a mid/senior full stack software engineer to drive impact for a growing customer base. You will build features across frontend and backend, improve legacy code, and collaborate with leadership in a remote-first setup from Poland.

The role requires 3+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js and Node.js, plus experience with AI tooling. Travel is occasional; the team values high engineering standards and autonomy.

We are recruiting a mid/senior full stack software engineer to help drive our impact across our growing customer base in Physitrack.

• Job Type: Fully remote. Occasional travel to build relationships with the team.
• Hours: Full-Time.
• Base Salary: €4.5-6.5k per month, B2B contract
• Location: Poland

About the role

We need a doer. You care about what reaches users, not about perfect code for its own sake, but you don't cut corners either. As a full stack engineer you'll build features across frontend and backend on your own, improve legacy code and shape the way forward with the team. Experience with agentic AI is a must. Senior colleagues, your team leader and our Head of Engineering will support your growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Product builder mindset, we're a product company and this is the core of our DNA
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React.js
• Backend experience with Node.js
