Job summary

Nortal Poland is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with React Native and Java to join an 18-month rewards platform project. You will work across mobile apps, web frontend, backend services, and partner portals, delivering robust features and scalable solutions.

You should have 3+ years of full stack development, strong Java/Spring Boot knowledge, and experience with PostgreSQL. The role emphasizes quality, collaboration, and continuous learning in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience (Front-End emphasis).
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native (Expo is a plus), Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, PostgreSQL and SQL.
• REST APIs and microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the platform across all layers: mobile apps (React Native/Expo), web frontend (TypeScript), backend services (Java/Spring Boot), and partner portals (CMS).
• Design, implement, and test new features end to end.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems and database queries.
• Extend and improve automated test processes.
• Continuously optimize code quality, development processes, and system performance.
• Maintain and extend technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and contribute to shared technical knowledge.
