Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to make building with ElevenLabs easier—from a developer’s first API key to a successful production integration. You will own the surfaces developers and their agents use: SDKs, API, documentation and the ElevenAPI dashboard.

This role focuses on the dashboard and product flows, helping self-serve and enterprise developers get started, understand usage and get more value from ElevenLabs.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with frontend strength and confident backend services/APIs.
• Strong product judgement with UX focus and making complex workflows intuitive for developers.
• Experience using user feedback, product data and experiments to prioritise work and improve outcomes.
• Independent, end-to-end ownership, clear communication and enthusiasm for developer tools and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Improve ElevenAPI dashboard for developers to manage integrations and usage.
• Streamline onboarding: API keys, starter flows, first successful integration.
• Design and ship experiments to improve activation, API keys, and self-serve subscriptions.
• Own features from discovery to frontend/backend deployment and iteration with the team.
