Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.

We are remote-first and looking for someone to design and maintain the KPI layer for product, finance, and company-wide topics, collaborating with Data

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer.
• Expert knowledge of dbt and SQL; strong grasp of dimensional modelling.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse, Python, Looker.
• Rigour around data quality: tests, documentation, and reconciliations.
• Ability to translate varied stakeholder requirements into reusable models.
• Bonus: experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce).
• Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or AI tools.
• Experience with CI for data and IaC for warehouse access.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of a world-class metric layer and governance.
• Design and maintain the KPI layer for product, finance, and cross-company topics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to evolve the data warehouse architecture.
