Job summary

Coherent Solutions is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join a cloud-native healthcare platform project in Poland. You’ll design and build Python-based services and React front-ends, collaborate with product and QA teams, and contribute to scalable, secure solutions in AWS.

You will work across the full stack, implement RESTful APIs, drive CI/CD pipelines, and participate in architecture discussions while ensuring HIPAA-aligned security practices and robust test coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering, including full-stack development.
• Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience on AWS and distributed, event-driven systems.
• Experience with messaging queues (SNS/SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices are expected.
• Excellent English communication and ability to overlap with US team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Develop cloud-native apps for patient registration, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
• Build RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices supporting healthcare processes.
• Create user interfaces for efficient clinical and operational workflows.
• Integrate with Athenahealth, Salesforce, and other healthcare systems; assist migration to custom apps.
• Collaborate across product, architecture, UX, and QA throughout SDLC.
• Write secure, well-tested code; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows and automation opportunities across the platform.
