Job summary

ZS Associates in Warsaw is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build digital solutions that impact patients, caregivers, and consumers worldwide.

You will contribute to MVPs and prototypes, build backend services in Python, and create frontend experiences using modern JS frameworks.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor's or higher‑education degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in a data engineering role.
• Proficiency in Python and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Ability to travel to other client offices or locations as needed.
• Strong communications skills.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MVPs and prototypes across a variety of digital innovation initiatives.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services to support rapid solution development.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business ideas and innovation concepts into functional software solutions.
• Support experimentation and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies.
• Contribute across multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Follow engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, and version control.
