Job summary

XTB is hiring a Full Stack Developer to strengthen the Customer Care team, focusing on backend Java microservices and frontend Angular UI. You will design and implement solutions spanning from design to production deployment, with emphasis on Java technologies and a meaningful frontend contribution.

You will work on an ecosystem of AI-based tools, AML/anti-fraud systems, and client data platforms, supported by a modern tech stack and Kubernetes deployments.

Qualifications

• Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend and Angular frontend skills.
• Experience designing and implementing backend microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend microservices in Java (Micronaut).
• Contribute to frontend UI in Angular/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with other teams on AI-based tooling and AML/anti-fraud systems.
• Participate in production deployment and monitoring.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (70% Java – 30% Angular) to join the Customer Care team and help build the ecosystem of applications supporting XTB's client service operations. You will design and develop both backend microservices and user interfaces — from solution design through to production deployment. The main focus is on the backend (Java), with meaningful contribution to the frontend layer (Angular).

About the Customer Care team

Customer Care is the XTB department whose mission is to support post-onboarding processes for new and existing clients. We work closely with a range of other XTB departments. We design and develop an ecosystem of AI-based solutions — from internal microservices, through integrations with external tools, to our own Chat AI. We build internal AML and anti-fraud systems, as well as Customer Database — the central repository of client data. Each of these solutions translates into higher service quality, greater security, and improved client satisfaction. We work in quarterly cycles based on clearly defined goals and KPIs.
