Job summary

Grid Dynamics ищет талантливого стажера в области разработки в Кракове. В рамках 6-месячной программы вы будете учиться под руководством наставника и участвовать в реальных задачах на стороне фронтенда и бэкенда.

Участие возможно в гибридном формате с частичной очной работой и дистанционными задачами. Требования включают знание Java, REST API и базовых концепций HTML/CSS/JavaScript; английский — выше среднего.

Qualifications

• Требуется базовое знание CS, структур данных и алгоритмов.
• Хорошее понимание реляционных баз данных и языка Java.
• Практический опыт Git и понимание SDLC.
• Базовые знания REST API и HTTP, англ. язык на уровне Upper-Intermediate или выше.
• Образование: бакалавр или магистр в CS/инженерии или смежной STEM-области.

Responsibilities

• Учиться под надзором опытного программиста.
• Проводить 30 часов в неделю в течение 6 месяцев над проектной работой.
• Работать с наставником над ежедневными задачами.
• Работа в гибридном режиме с командой.

Grid Dynamics provides technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services. It helps enterprise companies solve complex technical challenges and achieve business outcomes during business transformation.

Задачи:

• Learn under the supervision of an experienced programmer;
• Spend 30 hours per week for 6 months developing in the chosen field;
• Work closely with a mentor on daily tasks;
• Collaborate with the team in a hybrid model.

Требования:

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and OOP;
• Good understanding of relational database concepts;
• Good knowledge of Java;
• Practical experience with Git;
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle;
• Fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Understanding of frontend and backend communication, including REST API and HTTP methods;
• Curiosity to explore and integrate modern AI technologies into daily workflow;
• Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written;
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field;
• Krakow-based or within a comfortable commuting distance to support the 4+1 hybrid work model;
• Nice to have: Active use of AI-powered coding tools for personal or academic projects, knowledge of the Spring framework, basic React or Angular knowledge, a GitHub profile featuring pet projects, strong interest in pursuing a full-stack career path.
