Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking an AI Native Full Stack Engineer Intern for Krakow, offering mentorship and hands‑on IT experience with multinational exposure. The program focuses on AI integration, full‑stack concepts, and practical coding under expert supervision.

The role requires Java, REST, and a strong foundation in CS fundamentals, with an emphasis on AI tooling and modern software practices. Hybrid work includes 4 days in the Krakow office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts.
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Practical experience with Git.
• Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Understanding of how frontend communicates with backend (Rest API, HTTP methods).
• Curiosity to explore and integrate modern AI technologies into daily workflow.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (spoken and written).
• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related fields.

Responsibilities

This role is based in our office in Krakow. Being located in Krakow or within a comfortable commuting distance is preferred to support our 4+1 hybrid work model.

Knowledge of the Spring framework

Basic React/Angular knowledge

Strong interest in pursuing a full-stack career path
