Tech Requirements

• A solid understanding of JS, its benefits, and limitations
• Commercial experience with React.js
• Understanding of the TypeScript type system, its pros and cons
• Knowledge of different techniques of writing CSS – CSSinJS, CSS modules, SCSS, Tailwind
• Knowledge of web platform and its APIs
• Understanding of how the web works from top to bottom – server‑client communication
• Understanding of how databases work and how to use them efficiently

Soft Requirements

• English B2+ (for communication with Clients and Partners) and Polish B2+ (for internal communication)
• Experience with working remotely

Compensation

• Junior – B2B 6 000 – 9 000 PLN
• Mid – B2B 10 000 – 17 000 PLN
• Senior – B2B 18 000 – 25 000 PLN
