Job summary

Infuse is seeking a Mid-to- Senior Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery within our PMO department, leading cross-functional teams, shaping architecture, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.

Your role will involve building responsive frontend components (React/Vue), designing scalable backend APIs, and integrating third-party services. English is required (B2 level); Ukrainian/Russian are a plus. Expect a collaborative, data-driven environment and a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Mid-level+ hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue).
• Strong backend development skills, including API design and database management (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; Redis; S3).
• Strong command of Python and Node.js; experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with AWS and Git; comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• Architecture-focused mindset: scalable systems, clean integration points, long-term maintainability.
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
• Experience with data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian language.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle – from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production release.
• Build responsive frontend components using modern frameworks.
• Design and develop robust backend APIs and databases built for long-term maintainability.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (strongly preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical solutions.
