Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack / AI Engineer to own end-to-end feature development — from building intelligent AI agents on the backend to visualizing them through intuitive user interfaces.

Our stack spans Vue 3/React with TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS plus Python/FastAPI on the backend, with AI/LLM integration, LangChain, and vector databases like Qdrant. This is a remote-friendly role in a bleeding-edge distributed system.

Qualifications

• Senior with 4–5+ years in product development and hands-on LLM integration.
• Deep knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript and Python for backend; Vue 3 on frontend.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and LangChain.
• Vector DB and data infrastructure expertise (Qdrant, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Familiar with distributed systems, Kafka, Redis, Docker/Kubernetes and AWS.
• Proficient in testing, observability, and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Backend: deep expertise in Node.js and/or Python; RESTful APIs and microservice architectures; LLM integration with production-grade reliability.
• LLM observability, evaluation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines; ensure robust token economics and retries.
• Debugging and systematic codebase debugging; performance and monitoring across services.
• Systems thinking: assess how small changes affect the broader ecosystem; end-to-end ownership.
• Clear stakeholder communication of root causes; collaborative with Jira/Confluence.
