Job summary

INFUSE in Warsaw is seeking a Team Lead Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery within our PMO department—leading a cross-functional team, shaping architecture, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.

You will architect scalable frontend and backend systems, design APIs, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Vue).
• Proficient backend API design and database management.
• Strong Python and/or Node.js development skills.
• Proven experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP to production release.
• Build responsive frontend components using modern frameworks.
• Design and develop robust backend APIs and scalable databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
