A European border agency in Poland is offering a traineeship program for motivated candidates from EU Member States or Schengen Associated Countries. This opportunity allows candidates to gain practical experience in external border cooperation and acquire knowledge about the European Union. The traineeship lasts between 3 to 12 months and is a paid position offering around €720 per month. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Frontex welcomes applications from highly motivated candidates from a range of educational and professional backgrounds to contribute to the work of the agency in line with their expertise and interests. Frontex's traineeship programme provides an opportunity to gain practical working experience of cooperation in the field of external borders of the European Union, to acquire knowledge of the European Union, its institutions and activities and to put into practice knowledge acquired during studies or at work.
Who can apply: Nationals of the Member States of the European Union or of the Schengen Associated Countries, who have completed the first cycle and obtained a full degree or its equivalent (degree of at least 3 years of study - minimum a Bachelor or its equivalent) of a higher education course (university education, studies equivalent to university or law enforcement studies) relevant for the tasks of Frontex.
Duration: 3-12 months.
