Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Front-end Developer to design and implement responsive web applications using React, collaborating with UX designers to deliver polished user interfaces. The role expects strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and a passion for performance and usability, with a hybrid work setup in Kraków, Poland.

The Exacom Logging Recorder team is responsible for Motorola Solutions' cloud-native logging platforms, real-time voice and radio recording engines, and AI-assisted analytics software leveraged in public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure applications worldwide.
