Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Back End Software Engineer in Kraków to design and develop scalable backend services for enterprise multimedia solutions. You will work on distributed systems, REST APIs, and data models with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.

The role involves contributing to cloud-native infrastructure, collaborating across teams, and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET).
• Experience designing distributed, highly available systems.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git workflows and Agile development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
