Job summary

BlackLine, Kraków-based technology company, is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer on the UI Platform team to build a React-based front end and contribute to the shared component library and App Shell powering our enterprise web platform.

You'll pair with senior engineers to implement features, fix bugs, and improve reliability of our front-end platform, while gaining hands-on exposure to Java backend, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD tooling like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Cloud-native architecture with GCP, CI/CD with Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Solid SDLC understanding from requirements to implementation.
• Familiar with modern build tools like Webpack and npm.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React-based component library and App Shell.
• Implement front-end features and fix bugs; collaborate with seniors.
• Migrate legacy .NET apps to React with micro-frontend architecture.
• Build backend services in Java and support cloud deployments.
• Write tests (unit/integration) and contribute to code reviews.
