Job summary

Cisco's Webex Engineering Group in Krakow is building immersive collaboration technologies and operates a hybrid model. As a Software Engineer, you will design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks, focusing on reliability and scalability.

You will work with Angular, Java, Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs, participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD, and collaborate with product teams, SRE, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in full-stack development and production environments
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing tech stacks

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend
• Develop frontend components using Angular, HTML5, and CSS3
• Build and maintain microservices with Java, Node.js, and Python
• Participate in full SDLC including design reviews and testing
• Improve system performance, reliability, and observability
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
• Collaborate with product management, SRE, and DevOps teams
• Maintain high code quality and operational excellence
