Worldline is seeking a Front-End Lead to steer the design system architecture across React, React Native and Angular, partnering with the Design System Manager to deliver a cohesive, scalable platform. You will mentor engineers, shape coding standards, own APIs and theming, and drive adoption through RFCs, tooling, and migration guides.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of front-end engineering experience, including design system work.
• Proven ownership of architecture and standards for a codebase used by multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of React, React Native and Angular or strong depth in two and informed opinions on the third.

Responsibilities

• Own repository structure, component APIs, theming and token architecture across frameworks.
• Define coding standards, review approach, definition of done, test strategy and release process.
