Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Senior leader for Non-financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Governance. You will oversee complex regulatory reporting programs, manage multiple teams and collaborate with regulators, auditors and risk partners to deliver compliant, timely reports.

The role requires 10+ years in regulatory reporting, strong English and French, and experience in large projects within a banking environment. Hybrid work with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Language requirements: Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal; Arabic an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting and related business/technical areas.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape facing global banks; banking or regulator experience preferred.
• Experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits within financial services.
• Ability to interact with senior management, regulators and auditors.
• Strong relationship management, project planning and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with large, concurrent projects from ideation to implementation.
• Knowledge of banking domains (Payments, Receivables, Trade, Onboarding) and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulation implications and discuss with executive management for solutions.
• Own regulatory reporting project management from business requirements to testing and delivery.
• Analyze new risk guidelines, standards, and regulatory rules.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors and risk colleagues to address findings.
• Lead programs for development opportunities and nurture key talent across teams.
• Drive process changes to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Manage breaches and issues with escalation to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory Reporting Framework and control requirements.
