Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution for France and Germany markets, with a Warsaw-based hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate with global teams, ensure compliance with EU customs, and manage carrier contracts to optimize costs.

You bring at least 2 years in logistics, strong stakeholder communication, and experience with SAP; French language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics.
• Experience in a changing environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on facts.
• Preferred: wine & spirits or FMCG industries.
• Experience with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing operations, inventory and capacity planning.
• Manage movement of goods from manufacturing to warehouses and customers.
• Coordinate distribution networks and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with EU customs, excise and tax stamps.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics and local providers; communicate with stakeholders.
