Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status.
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners.
• Clarifying customer complaints.
• Checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.
