The position requires strong communication skills in French and English, along with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Model: Training – 100% in the office (3 months), then hybrid system
Type of employment: Employment contract

YOUR TASKS:

• Customer service and building relationships with business clients (manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural machinery)
• Coordination of daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics, and production)
• Analysis of customers’ purchasing forecasts
• Order management and logistics planning
• Handling and resolving complaints
