Job summary

Worldline is seeking a detail-oriented Dunning Specialist in Warsaw to join its payments technology team. You will oversee the dunning process, ensure timely payment bookings, and support customer reconciliations in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires fluent French at B2+ and English at least B2, plus SAP experience. You will collaborate with Account Managers and the Accounting Team to deliver high levels of service and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee the dunning process and respond to client queries in this regard.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment booking and reconcile customers' accounts.
• Calculate bad debt provision and prepare overdue reports for month-end closure.
• Process write-offs and refer cases to external collection agency or lawyers.
• Cooperate with Key Account Managers and Accounting Team to ensure best service quality.
• Trigger and supervise the automated processes and tasks done by robots.
• Participate in process improvements and new initiatives.
