Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Dolny Śląsk is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate ongoing transport service operations across the region, ensure fleet availability, and optimise resource utilisation, while delivering high-quality customer service through close collaboration with carriers and couriers.

You will operate TMS systems, resolve day-to-day customer issues, participate in Lean initiatives, and help identify internal and external requirements, offering innovative solutions.

Job description

YOUR TASKS

• Coordination of ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region by ensuring the availability of the required fleet capacity and the optimal utilisation of transport resources,
• Ensuring high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers,
• Resolving day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards,
• Participating in the development of a Lean culture,
• Operating TMS systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity,
• Identifying the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and proposing innovative solutions.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel),
• Effective management of time, resources, and equipment,
• Accountability for own actions and their outcomes,
• Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations,
• Ability to communicate information promptly, clearly, and in an understandable manner.

NICE TO HAVE

• Completed higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field,
• Previous experience working in the logistics industry.
