Job summary

Kuturlabs seeks a consultancy-focused production operations expert to redesign end-to-end workflows in Krakow, aligning digital design intent with reliable, repeatable manufacturing outcomes.

You will define QA gates, establish KPI-driven improvements with suppliers and factories, and collaborate across design, technical and operations teams. The role starts as consultancy work with potential evolution to part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in apparel manufacturing operations and quality systems.
• Strong practical understanding of fit, construction, tolerances, and defects.
• Evidence of improving production outcomes across multiple factories/vendors.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical, design, and operations stakeholders.
• Based in Poland and able to work from Krakow office when needed.
• Prior consulting in scaling fashion or hardware-like ops.
