Job summary

Cresta Valor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to develop patterns for women’s and men’s collections, grade patterns, and prepare technical documentation for production. You will digitize patterns, create marker layouts, and oversee fittings while collaborating with design, tech and production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making.
• Degree or vocational education in Fashion, Garment Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of garment pattern making and development.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation.
• High accuracy, independence and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• English language skills are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing patterns for women's and men's collections, working closely with our design and production teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Warsaw.

We are looking for someone who understands premium craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail and can transform a design into a well-executed pattern ready for production.

Requirements

Experience in pattern making for garments made from premium fabrics (such as wool, silk, linen or cashmere), as well as experience working on premium or luxury fashion collections, will be considered an advantage.
