Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is hiring a Data Analyst to own the fraud side of its PuzzlePlay user segmentation. You will work with product and data colleagues to keep a robust system as fraud patterns evolve, revisiting signals and verification methods for different markets.

The role is open to candidates in Europe, with Warsaw as a preferred base, and offers hybrid working with opportunities to impact growth and revenue share through smart fraud controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection decisions.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals or review processes.
• Ability to work with product and data teams to translate analysis into controls.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud signals regularly and refine them to distinguish suspicious activity.
• Own fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system and monitor performance over time.
• Work with product on fraud verification tools for different markets (FaceTec, ID scanning, etc.).
• Investigate users flagged for manual review and improve the review process.
• Identify gaps in signals and propose third-party tools for the roadmap.
