Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is building PuzzlePlay, a rewards platform for players, and seeks a data analyst to own the fraud side of user segmentation. You’ll work with product and data teams to balance fraud detection with user experience as the landscape evolves in Europe, with Warsaw as a preferred base.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work to inform revenue decisions, refine signals, and improve verification tools across markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes.
• Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud signals regularly and refine them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users.
• Own fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system and monitor category performance over time.
• Work with the product team on fraud verification tools for different markets; current tools include FaceTec and potential ID/phone verification.
• Investigate users flagged for manual review and improve the review process.
• Identify gaps in signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap where beneficial.
