Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking an FP&A Analyst, Sourcing (Western Europe) to support financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-making for the Western Europe Sourcing team.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Finance Business Partner to deliver monthly results, rolling forecasts, and global consolidation outputs. You will ensure data integrity across systems, support Power BI reporting, and partner with Digital and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar FP&A/sourcing finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SAP R/3 and Power BI.
• Experience handling large data sets and ensuring report accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and validate monthly raw material profitability results for Western Europe.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of financial data across systems.
• Support monthly rolling forecasts for raw material profitability with the Senior Analyst and FBP.
• Assist in budget and forecast cycles, including data preparation, validation, and variance analysis.
• Support monthly global sourcing results consolidation, ensuring timely submissions.
• Act as interface with Digital/IM teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
