Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day support to ICT Global ENG and Global PjM. The role collaborates with engineering, procurement, and finance colleagues to improve cost transparency and forecast accuracy.

You will manage budgets, forecast cycles, month-end close, variance analysis, and NPI project spend tracking, while developing business cases for investments and ensuring compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience; local band guidelines may adjust.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong Excel and financial-modeling capability.
• Fluent business English and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting support for annual plans and long-range planning, coordinating with owners.
• Assist month-end close including accruals, account review, and spending validation.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers and recommend actions.
• Provide daily financial support to engineering leaders and cost-center owners.
• Track NPI project spending and provide visibility of actuals and forecast-to-complete.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases for investment decisions.
• Coordinate engineering cost allocations and ensure transparent methodologies.
• Support adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Standardize reports and improve planning tools for better data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global Engineering, PjM, Operations, HR, and Controlling.
