Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in IT/Data
• 5+ years as Data Platform/Data Engineer
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry (data integration, ontology, pipelines)
• 1+ years hands-on with Palantir AIP (design/deploy of use cases, copilots, retrieval workflows)
• Experience grounding agents with RAG and embedding/vector search
• Experience with Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) for decision-making
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design and evaluation using AIP features
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling
• Ability to engage directly with non-technical business users and own delivery

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines within Palantir Foundry
• Support the design and deployment of AIP use cases (copilots, retrieval workflows)
• Ground agents using RAG with data sources, embeddings, and ontology content
• Apply OAG for operational decision making within Ontology
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation
• Deliver end-to-end solutions by capturing requirements and building working apps
• Provide training and support for business teams on Foundry and AIP
• Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI usage
• Identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and automation
