Job summary

Luxoft in Poland is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer who can design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows within the Foundry ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and work directly with stakeholders to maximise value from Foundry and AIP.

The role requires hands-on experience across data pipelines, ontologies, RAG, copilots, and agent-based apps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/Data experience required.
• Minimum 5 years as Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry.
• 1+ years with Palantir AIP including copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines within Palantir Foundry and AIP projects.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications to deliver business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG and ontology content.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI usage.
