Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer with hands-on experience across the full Foundry ecosystem and Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). This role designs, builds, and operationalizes AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications that drive business outcomes.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, working directly with stakeholders to maximize the value of Foundry and AIP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 Years of IT/Data experience; 5+ years as Data Platform/Data Engineer; 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem; 1+ years with Palantir AIP including copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills.
• Experience with RAG workflows, vector search, and Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Palantir Foundry pipelines and applications.
• Support AIP use cases such as copilots and retrieval workflows.
• Ground agents and logic with RAG, embedding, and ontology content.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design and evaluation.
• Deliver end-to-end AI-powered workflows with stakeholder input.
• Provide training and support to business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
