Qualifications

• Shipping AI agents to production is required.
• Experience shipping B2C products used by customers.
• Startup environment and founder/early engineer background preferred.
• Strong system design and software engineering fundamentals.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale.
• Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows.
• Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and tools.
• Make architectural and product decisions with significant autonomy.
• Shape engineering standards and technical direction as an early team member.
