Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Founding Engineer on behalf of a client in Warsaw, Poland. You will join early technical teams building next-generation AI agents and personal AI products, with high ownership and impact on product and architecture.

Ideal candidates have shipped AI agents to production, experience with B2C products, and a strong system-design background. This is an on-site, full-time role offering $100,000–$120,000/year plus 1–2% equity.

Qualifications

Proven experience shipping AI agents to production.
Strong system-design and software engineering fundamentals.
Fluent Polish and English.
Experience as founder or early engineer at a fast-moving startup.
Experience building B2C products used by real customers.

Responsibilities

Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale.
Develop observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems.
Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows.
Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences.
Create integrations with third-party platforms and tools.
Make architectural decisions with autonomy as an early team member.
