Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Founding Engineer role in Warsaw to build next-generation agentic AI systems and products from the ground up. You will join an early technical team with high ownership, shaping both product and architectural direction.

This role targets an exceptional engineer (mid-senior to senior) who has shipped AI agents to production and wants to influence a fast-growing startup. On-site in Warsaw with substantial equity potential.

Qualifications

Proven experience shipping AI agents to production, not just prototypes.
Experience building B2C products used by real customers.
Strong understanding of agent observability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management.
Previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a fast-moving startup.
Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals.
Comfortable working with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
Fluent Polish and English.
Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate.
Comfortable with a highly ambitious, fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities

Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale.
Develop agent observability, evaluation, and benchmarking systems.
Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows.
Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences.
Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and tools.
Make architectural and product decisions with significant autonomy.
Shape engineering standards and technical direction as an early team member.
