Job summary

EWOR GmbH in Poland is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join an ambitious hardware-software team. You will own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.

You will integrate hardware, firmware, and software into end-to-end products, lead debugging and production readiness, and help shape the technical roadmap with founders and customers. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building complex hardware/software products.
• Ability to own end-to-end development from design to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking.
