EWOR GmbH in Poland is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join an ambitious hardware-software team. You will own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.

You will integrate hardware, firmware, and software into end-to-end products, lead debugging and production readiness, and help shape the technical roadmap with founders and customers. English proficiency is required.

• Experience in building complex hardware/software products.
• Ability to own end-to-end development from design to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.
• Integrate hardware, firmware, and software into reliable end-to-end products, leading debugging, testing, production readiness, and deployment.
• Shape technical priorities and the product roadmap, work closely with founders and customers, and build the engineering capabilities needed to scale.
