EWOR GmbH in Kraków, Poland, is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a fast-growing, equity-backed venture.

You will design, build, and operate core software systems, making architectural decisions and taking features from concept to production. You’ll work closely with founders and users to shape the product and technical roadmap, delivering high-impact, scalable solutions with end-to-end ownership. English communication is essential.
