Job summary

The OpenClaw Foundation is seeking a Developer Relations & Community Manager based in APAC to build and scale the community around its open-source AI initiatives.

You will define the Foundation's approach to developer engagement, contributor growth, ecosystem partnerships, events, and community governance, becoming a public face for a global network of developers, researchers, and enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or Community Management.
• Experience building scalable technical communities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of open-source development and contributor workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute OpenClaw's developer community strategy.
• Grow contributor participation across Foundation projects.
• Create onboarding experiences for developers, researchers, and maintainers.
• Establish programs that encourage participation and retention.
• Represent OpenClaw at conferences, hackathons, and events.
• Develop technical content: tutorials, guides, docs, blogs, videos.
• Collaborate with maintainers to translate concepts for education.
