Job description

(Full-time · Remote · Contractor)

Space Power is a deep-tech company building next-generation space infrastructure. We are entering a critical phase as we prepare for our next investment round and are looking for a Fundraising Associate to work closely with the founders on investor outreach, materials, and pipeline execution.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who is highly independent, intellectually curious, and excited about space, engineering, and frontier technologies. You will play a central role in shaping how Space Power is presented to investors and in driving real fundraising outcomes.

Tasks

You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to support fundraising activities, including:

  • Building and managing the investor pipeline (VCs, strategic investors, grants, public funding)
  • Researching and qualifying relevant investors in space, deep tech, and infrastructure
  • Preparing, reviewing, and iterating investor materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, data room content)
  • Coordinating investor outreach, follow‑ups, and meeting preparation
  • Supporting due diligence processes and information requests
  • Tracking fundraising progress, conversations, and next steps in a structured way
  • Helping translate complex technical and engineering concepts into clear investor‑facing narratives
Requirements
  • Native‑level English (spoken and written) — you will work directly with investor‑facing materials
  • Proven ability to work fully independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and research skillsComfort working with technical and complex subject matter
  • Engineering or technical background preferred (a strong plus, not mandatory)
  • Genuine interest in space, aerospace, or deep‑tech innovation
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution‑driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment with evolving priorities
Benefits
  • Fully remote work
  • Direct exposure to real fundraising processes in a deep‑tech / space startup
  • Close collaboration with founders and senior leadership
  • Stock options available after probation period, based on performance
  • Steep learning curve across fundraising, strategy, and space technology
  • Opportunity to grow into a more senior role as the company scales

(Note: This is a contractor role; benefits such as health insurance are not included.)

If you’re highly self‑driven, technically curious, and excited about helping build the future of space infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply with a short introduction explaining why Space Power, why fundraising, and why space—and include any relevant experience or materials that demonstrate your fit for this role.
