Job summary

Google LLC in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer who will bridge frontier AI products with production-grade reality inside customer environments. The role requires high agency engineers who code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions, embedding within strategic accounts to drive ROI and customer success.

You will tackle production blockers, data readiness, and state-management challenges to advance enterprise-grade AI maturity, leveraging Gemini models and Vertex AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering/CS or related field.
• 5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points in Google’s AI stack and translate them into reusable modules or feature requests for Engineering teams.
• Co-build with customer engineers to ensure long-term project success and high end-user adoption.

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows (e.g., multi-agent systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers) that drive measurable Return on Investment (ROI).
• Architect and code the "connective tissue" between Google’s AI products and customer’s live infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters as part of an expert team.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet rigorous requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency.
