pirxe, a Kraków startup, builds photorealistic 3D digital twins of products and Moonbase turns those twins into marketing content at scale. You'll embed with client creative teams to capture art direction and turn it into templates that reproduce the look at volume.
The role requires 3–6 years in visual, brand or product design and comfort turning briefs into scalable templates. The right candidate has experience running client workshops, speaks English well (Polish helps but isn’t required),
We're looking for a graphic designer who doesn't want to make graphics anymore.
First, why this role exists at all. Performance marketing has quietly flipped. Since ad platforms took over audience targeting with their own algorithms, the creative itself became the targeting - the ad does the segmentation now, not the media buyer. Which means the accounts that win are the ones that can feed the algorithm the most variants to test. Everyone suddenly needs ten times more content, and nobody's design team was built for that.
pirxe is a Kraków startup - we build photorealistic 3D digital twins of products, and our platform Moonbase turns those twins into marketing content at scale. One product scan, then hundreds of assets across formats, channels and markets, without another photoshoot. We ran this with LPP and their ads got over 20% better conversion and CTR. Case study here:

The tech works. The hard part now is people. Most creative teams have spent their whole careers making one asset at a time: brief, design, deliver, repeat. Moonbase asks them to work differently - build the template once, then generate the whole campaign from it. Someone has to sit with those teams and get them across that gap. That's this job.
You embed with a client's creative team while they move onto Moonbase. Calls, workshops, sometimes their office. The core skill is catching their art direction - how their creative director frames things, lights things, what "this feels right" means to them - and turning it into Moonbase templates that reproduce it at scale. You'll take a brand book and make it a system: constraints, variants, guardrails, so the output stays on-brand at volume. You'll also build reference work on the product yourself, good enough that their creative director actually wants it, not demo-quality stuff. And you'll be our eyes in the field - you'll know before anyone where Moonbase gets in a designer's way, and product will act on what you bring back.
One more thing about the title. "Forward deployed" is borrowed from engineering - people who sit inside the client's problem instead of waiting for a spec. The creative version of the role is brand new: it emerged around the leading AI creative platforms and only a handful of teams, mostly in the US, have figured out what it should look like. You'd be defining it here, with 3D twins instead of image generation as the starting point.
