Job summary

XM in Poland is seeking an experienced SDET (Python) to join our QA team. You will develop and maintain test automation for API suites, improve product quality, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate has a degree, 3+ years QA, 2+ years Python, and strong REST API testing, Git, and Agile experience. Experience with Docker, Robot Framework, and performance testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Python development experience.
• Experience designing automated tests for REST APIs.
• Proficient in Git and agile development practices.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work with the development team to enhance software delivery and quality throughout the SDLC.
• Translate high level requirements into technical test specifications.
• Develop functional and performance automation tests.
• Design and implement test automation framework, libraries, and scripts.
• Develop emulators for mobile testing.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation scripts into CI tools.
• Share technical expertise with the QA team.
• Actively participate in SDLC and STLC processes.
